“First Saturday in December, All roads lead to Eldridge”
Welcome to our site in support of Eldridge Children’s Home. We are local motorcycle riders who got together a few years ago to form a benefit ride and event for this home for Children. Eldridge Children’s Home is located in Eldridge, Alabama just off Hwy 78 and State Hwy 13 in Northwest Alabama. The home, which accepts no state or federal money, operates on donations from area churches and folks like you and I, and has been in operation since 1948.
The home will average 30 children in all age groups; they are educated in public schools and raised within the campus in homes. Each home within the campus has couples that live there full time and each home will have children in age groups as well. They are able to attend school, participate in school activities, summer trips and outings and attend church locally.
“The first Saturday in December, All roads lead to Eldridge” has been our motto. We are able to fulfill a special “Christmas Wish List” from each child and with your donation they are able to operate this home all year long. We encourage riders to bring “gift cards” from any retail outlet or give a donation via check, made payable to “Eldridge Children’s Home. This home has a 501c status, therefore your donations may be a tax deduction.
